product. Abiding by NFPA standards we encourage clients to
clean and repair turnout gear at least twice a year in our
state of the art industrial-size washer/extractor to ensure
our clients that the gear receives the best quality wash
possible.
These advanced cleanings
must be performed by a verified
Independent
Service
Provider
(ISP) or an individual within the organization that has been
trained by the garment manufacturer. Advanced cleanings are
required at least once every 12 months according to the 2008
NFPA 1851 standard, or when routine cleaning fails to render
the ensemble or ensemble elements sufficiently clean for
service.
