Each piece of turnout gear we receive is put through an intense wet-wash process that uses the Check-6 Aerospace cleaning product. Abiding by NFPA standards we encourage clients to clean and repair turnout gear at least twice a year in our state of the art industrial-size washer/extractor to ensure our clients that the gear receives the best quality wash possible.

If you are having a problem with how your gear fits, the placement of a name patch, a too few pockets our custom alteration shop will tailor your turnout gear to your specifications. We are a 3rd party verified NFPA 1851 certified turnout gear cleaning, repairing, altering and tracking facility.

Tracking

In order to track and record the inspection, cleaning, altering and repairing of each garment of your personal turnout ensemble, we employs Secure Asset Tracing System, or SATS for short. SATS is an advanced software that allows our customers to log into our database and view the history of his or her gear.
