Packaging

Once your gear is inspected, cleaned and repaired it will be placed in a 911 Safety Equipment gear tote bag and then into a box for shipping. While some carriers will accept the nylon tote bag as a shipping container we feel it necessary to use boxes in order to better maintain the structural integrity of your gear.

Turnaround Time

Our usual turnaround time from the date we receive your shipment to the date of return is generally within 4 to 5 business days. Depending on the extent of repair work that may need to be done to your garments as well as your location turnaround time may take longer.
